Cancellation Policy

Recording Studio Booking Policy To ensure the best experience for all clients and to maintain a smooth scheduling process, please review our studio policy below: Booking & Deposit All sessions require a $45 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. The deposit will be applied toward your final session balance. Sessions are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. There is a 2-hour minimum for all studio bookings. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be applied to a new session date (one-time reschedule only). Late Arrivals & No-Shows Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No-shows will be charged in full and may lose future booking privileges. Guests A maximum of 4 guests is allowed in the studio during your session. If you plan to bring more than 4 people, you must notify the studio in advance to ensure accommodations can be made. Studio Safety & Conduct No weapons of any kind are allowed on studio premises. Violations will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. Respectful conduct is expected at all times. We reserve the right to end a session early if behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe. Mixing & Mastering Turnaround Please allow 24–48 hours for all mixing and mastering requests after your recording session. Rush services may be available upon request and may include additional fees.
